I like to map the trigger to mouse 1 for example, and as far as the game is concerned I'm clicking fire like everyone else.

you just click on the button you want to map, then select a key to map it to. It is super easy, it has a picture of the controller. In general, I would recommend trying out making a profile in the TARGET software. Remember that zero is usually in the middle on throttle, you are sliding from full reverse to full speed ahead, not from rest to full speed ahead. Unassign that in controls, or unlink the throttles and get the left lever to zero. In some games I had the second throttle level get assigned to the rudder, so if you have them linked it's going to turn whenever you give it some throttle. You're probably just going to have to open the in game settings and change the throttle, so you know what's going on. Would really appreciate any help as I was quite excited when this arrived and now this has just dulled the experience for now.

Even when I tried downloading someone else's profile for War Thunder and their warthog after watching their video, it does the exact same thing.Īs I followed both their instructions quite clearly I don't think I'm doing something wrong but probably that the controls have changed since these control profiles were created so I'm just looking for some help setting it up. Now the issue is that when I go into test flight, my plane is instantly locked at 49% throttle and yaw seems to be locked to the left and my plane will just sit on the runway doing a circle with no response to input other than the trigger working for the guns. Following the pdf they included I ran the profile setup in target by importing the fcf file that was included, then I imported the controls profile in War Thunder just like it told me to. I installed the TARGET software for it and rebooted my computer so they were installed properly and went on to download the profile for war thunder. Like title says this is a hotas warthog, the replica A10 hotas system. Hi guys I got a hotas setup finally and I'm having some issues getting it working.
